Customers must provide Miss Gray with complete and accurate shipping details when making a purchase. Miss Gray is not liable for an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expense in correcting an order sent to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

Australia

Miss Gray uses Australia Post for all domestic orders and offers flat rate standard shipping $12.95AUD and express post $19.95AUD. All orders have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email or text message once processed.

Packages refused or returned will be subject to our restocking fee of 10% per item, or redelivery cost is the responsibility of the customer.

New Zealand

Miss Gray uses Australia Post for all NZ orders and offers flat rate standard shipping $30AUD and express post $40AUD. All orders have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email or text message once processed.

International

Miss Gray uses Australia Post for all other international orders and offers flat rate standard shipping $40AUD and express post $50AUD. All orders have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email or text message once processed.

International Customs Fees & Taxes:
Purchase and shipping fees do not cover any additional international customs fees or duties. Miss Gray is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.
